Irish Design Center is located on South Craig Street in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, in the same neighborhood as Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pittsburgh and The Carnegie Museum complex. We have a special place in the store for the exquisite work of Irish glassblower Simon Pearce. Simon now works in Vermont and has his own highly regarded stores in New York, Boston, Washington and other east coast locations. In the late seventies and early eighties we imported this beautiful glass from Kilkenny and loved it so much we've been selling it ever since.
